Rachel Earp
Vice President & Co-Founder

Peter Aguilar
Chief Technology Officer
Pete has been steering the technical direction of EARPware since the beginning. A software engineer with 10 years of experience, he also draws on a deep 15-year background in IT support to manage our entire digital ecosystem. This unique dual-perspective allows Pete to build scalable software solutions while maintaining a rock-solid infrastructure, ensuring EARPware remains efficient, secure, and innovative from the ground up.
Tarah Dove
Chief AI Officer
With two decades of experience, Tarah brings a dual perspective to marketing as both an in-house strategist and a business owner. She is dedicated to helping organizations leverage AI for future growth, empowering clients to excel offline through networking and online through strategic backend development. Based in Pennsylvania with her fiancé and four sons, she enjoys camping, boating, and attending outdoor concerts.
